Lumpixel LLC ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your information is handled when you use our mobile application, PingU (the "App").

1. Data Collection and Usage

PingU is designed to be an offline-first, privacy-respecting network utility tool. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data, network logs, or diagnostic results to our servers.

• Network Scans: All scans (Ping, Port, LAN, DNS, SSL) are performed directly from your device. The results are processed locally and stored exclusively on your device via Apple's native SwiftData framework.
• Analytics: Let's keep it simple: we don't have analytics SDKs tracking your behavior.

2. App Store Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

PingU offers premium features ("PingU Pro") through Apple's auto-renewing subscriptions (StoreKit 2). When you make a purchase:

• The transaction is processed securely through your Apple ID by Apple Inc.
• We do not receive or have access to your payment information, name, or Apple ID.
• We only receive anonymous receipts from Apple to verify your Pro status directly on your device.

3. Third-Party Services

To provide network diagnostics, the App communicates with standard network protocols (ICMP, DNS, TCP) to the public endpoints you specify. We do not use third-party behavioral analytics or advertising SDKs.

4. Children's Privacy

Our App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
