Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the PingU mobile application ("App") provided by Lumpixel LLC ("we", "our", or "us"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Disclaimer of Warranties

PingU is a network diagnostic tool intended for professionals and enthusiasts. The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the network diagnostic results provided by the App.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use PingU only for lawful purposes. You must not use the App to perform unauthorized port scans, penetration testing, or denial-of-service activities against networks or systems you do not own or have explicit permission to test.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

PingU offers auto-renewing subscriptions ("PingU Pro") to unlock premium features.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Lumpixel LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

5. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
