Effective date. 2026-05-09. We will revise this document as the product evolves; the effective date at the top of the page reflects the version you are reading.
By installing or using Stak — including the iOS app, Stak-Vault, or Stak-Site — you agree to these Terms.
02Not medical advice
Stak is an informational tool. Output from Stak (interaction notes, redundancy flags, schedule observations) is general information for your awareness. It is not a diagnosis, treatment plan, or prescription, and it is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, stopping, or changing any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking prescription medication, or managing a chronic condition.
03Self-reported data
Evaluation quality depends on the accuracy of the supplement intake information you record. You are responsible for what you put in. Stak does not verify product authenticity, dose claims, or labelling.
04Acceptable use
You will not use Stak to: provide regulated clinical advice to third parties; build a competing dataset by scraping the product; or impersonate other users.
05Account
An account is optional and used to scope your vaulted stack history to you. You are responsible for keeping the email used for sign-in secure.
06Stak-Site and edge caching
Stak-Site is served behind a Caddy reverse proxy. Static pages may be cached at the edge for performance.
07License
Subject to these Terms, Lumpixel LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the product on iOS devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use.
08No warranty
The product is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Without limiting the foregoing, Lumpixel LLC makes no warranty regarding the medical, nutritional, or therapeutic effect of any supplement.
09Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumpixel LLC's aggregate liability is limited to the greater of USD 100 or the fees you paid Lumpixel LLC for the product in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10Governing law
Wyoming law, Sheridan County venue, to the extent permitted by law.
