01About these Terms
Operator. The product is operated by Lumpixel LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (United States), registered with DUNS 144951637. Legal contact: legal@lumpixel.cc.
Effective date. 2026-05-09. We will revise this document as the product evolves; the effective date at the top of the page reflects the version you are reading.
By installing or using Çeşme, you agree to these Terms.
02What Çeşme is
Çeşme is an independent iOS client that ships a snapshot of public Türkmen-language reference data. It is offline at runtime and contacts no remote service during normal use.
03Source attribution
The dictionary content is built from public reference pages on enedilim.com. Lumpixel LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by enedilim.com or its operators. Where individual entries originated from a specific source, that attribution is preserved in the entry metadata where reasonably possible.
If you operate enedilim.com (or an authorized representative) and have concerns about the bundled snapshot, please contact legal@lumpixel.cc.
04No editorial guarantee
The bundled dictionary is provided as a reference. Lumpixel LLC does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any entry, definition, or example. Words evolve faster than snapshots.
05License
Subject to these Terms, Lumpixel LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the product on iOS devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use.
06Acceptable use
You may not redistribute the bundled SQLite database as a standalone product, or attempt to extract and resell the content. You may use the application as a reader, including for research, study, and personal projects.
07No warranty
The product is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
08Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumpixel LLC's aggregate liability is limited to USD 100.
09Governing law
Wyoming law, Sheridan County venue, to the extent permitted by law.
