Privacy Notice
Loude is a VPN client. The only data you give it is the subscription URL you paste, plus a hardware identifier the client generates locally. Both stay on your device.
01Operator and scope
Operator. The product is operated by Lumpixel LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (United States), registered with DUNS 144951637. Legal contact: legal@lumpixel.cc.
Effective date. 2026-05-09. We will revise this document as the product evolves; the effective date at the top of the page reflects the version you are reading.
This notice describes how the Loude iOS client handles data on your device. It does not describe the policies of any VPN endpoint operator whose servers you connect to via Loude.
02What is stored on your device
Loude stores two things in the iOS App Group container shared between the app and its PacketTunnelProvider:
- Subscription URL — the URL you paste during onboarding, used to fetch and refresh the server list.
- X-HWID — a hardware identifier generated locally and presented on subscription requests where the upstream requires HWID binding.
Both values remain on your device. They are not transmitted to Lumpixel LLC.
03What is not collected
Loude does not collect telemetry, analytics events, crash reports, traffic logs, connection logs, server-side activity logs, or advertising identifiers. It contains no third-party analytics SDK.
04Network connections
The client makes network connections in two situations only:
- To your subscription URL, to fetch and refresh the server list.
- To VPN endpoints declared in that subscription, while a tunnel is active.
The operators of those endpoints are not Lumpixel LLC and have their own policies.
05Live gauges and quotas
Live upload, download, and latency values shown in the app are calculated on device from the local PacketTunnel statistics. The daily fair-use traffic quota is enforced by the relay you are connected to; Loude reads and displays the value the relay reports.
06Localization
Loude is localized for English, Russian, Simplified Chinese, Turkish, and Persian (with right-to-left rendering). Localization does not affect data handling.
07Your choices
You can remove the subscription URL and reset the HWID at any time from the app, which clears the App Group values. Deleting the app removes all stored data.
08Children
The product is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information through the product, contact legal@lumpixel.cc.
09Changes
Material changes to this notice will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, be flagged in the app on first launch after the update.
