Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of the Loude iOS client. Loude is a VPN client. It is not a VPN service.
01About these Terms
Operator. The product is operated by Lumpixel LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (United States), registered with DUNS 144951637. Legal contact: legal@lumpixel.cc.
Effective date. 2026-05-09. We will revise this document as the product evolves; the effective date at the top of the page reflects the version you are reading.
By installing or using the Loude iOS client, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the product.
02What Loude is
Loude is a client. It runs the sing-box core via Libbox inside an iOS PacketTunnelProvider. It connects to VPN endpoints declared by the subscription URL you supply.
Lumpixel LLC does not operate any VPN endpoint to which the client connects.
03Regulatory note
Some jurisdictions restrict or prohibit the use of VPN technology, the use of specific VPN protocols, or the operation of VPN clients without licensing. You are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations applicable to you. Lumpixel LLC does not authorize, encourage, or assist in any unlawful use of the product.
The product is a client. It does not operate VPN endpoints. Endpoints contacted by the client are the ones declared in the configuration or subscription you supply. Lumpixel LLC does not control those endpoints, their operators, or their policies.
04Acceptable use
You agree not to use the product to: (a) violate applicable law; (b) infringe rights of others; (c) attack or disrupt networks or services; (d) circumvent technical protections you are not authorized to circumvent.
You are responsible for the configuration you load and the destinations you contact through the tunnel.
05Subscriptions and quotas
Server lists are fetched from your subscription URL. Daily fair-use traffic quotas are set and enforced by the relay you connect to, not by Lumpixel LLC.
06License
Subject to these Terms, Lumpixel LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the product on iOS devices you own or control, for personal use.
07No warranty
The product is provided as is. Lumpixel LLC disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the maximum extent permitted by law.
08Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumpixel LLC's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the product is limited to the greater of (a) USD 100 or (b) the amount you paid Lumpixel LLC for the product in the 12 months preceding the claim.
09Termination
You may stop using the product at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to product updates if you breach these Terms or applicable law.
10Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Venue lies in the state and federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, to the extent permitted by law.
