Privacy Notice

Oyde is a real-estate marketplace. To make that work we collect personal data — name, contact, listing photos, and tokenized payment data — and we are explicit about what, why, and for how long.

01Operator and scope

Operator. The product is operated by Lumpixel LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (United States), registered with DUNS 144951637. Legal contact: legal@lumpixel.cc.

Effective date. 2026-05-09. We will revise this document as the product evolves; the effective date at the top of the page reflects the version you are reading.

This notice covers the Oyde iOS client and its server-side counterpart operated by Lumpixel LLC.

02Personal data we collect

To run a marketplace we collect:

• Identity: name.
• Contact: email and/or phone, used to deliver one-time-password (OTP) codes for sign-in.
• Listings: property photos, descriptions, location data you choose to attach, prices.
• Payments: card and billing details for promoted listings or subscriptions, processed via our payment processor (Stripe; the processor name is current as of the effective date).
• Device: minimal device metadata to keep authentication and uploads working.

03How data is used

To authenticate you (OTP), publish listings you create, take payment for paid features via the processor, deliver service notifications, and protect against abuse.

04Where data lives

Authentication tokens are stored on your device in the iOS Keychain. Listing data and metadata are stored on Lumpixel-operated infrastructure. Payment instruments are tokenized by the processor; raw card numbers are not handled by Lumpixel servers.

05Image upload

Listing photos are uploaded via ImageUploadService in resilient chunks over TLS. Photos are accessible from your account and the public listing while the listing is active.

06Retention

Active accounts: data is retained while the account exists. Deleted listings: removed from the public surface immediately and purged from primary storage within 30 days. Closed accounts: personal data is purged within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (for example, transaction records for tax purposes) or to defend legal claims.

07Your rights

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data by writing to legal@lumpixel.cc. We respond within 30 days. Some rights vary by jurisdiction.

08Sharing

We share personal data only with:

• The payment processor, to process the transactions you initiate.
• Counterparties to your own transactions, to the extent the listing or message exposes the data.
• Authorities, where required by valid legal process.

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

09Security

Tokens stored in iOS Keychain. TLS in transit. The APIClient retries idempotent requests with backoff but never replays sensitive operations. No security control is perfect; we will notify affected users of breaches with material risk in the timeframe required by applicable law.

10Children

Oyde is not directed to children under 13 (or the local equivalent age). Do not use Oyde if you are below the applicable age.

11Changes

Material changes will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, be flagged in the app.
