Oyde is a marketplace where users post real-estate listings and other users browse them. These Terms govern your use of the marketplace.
01About these Terms
Operator. The product is operated by Lumpixel LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (United States), registered with DUNS 144951637. Legal contact: legal@lumpixel.cc.
Effective date. 2026-05-09. We will revise this document as the product evolves; the effective date at the top of the page reflects the version you are reading.
By creating an account or using Oyde, you agree to these Terms.
02Account and OTP
Sign-in is by one-time password (OTP) sent to your email or phone. You are responsible for keeping the email/phone secure and for activity under your account.
03Listing accuracy
If you post a listing, you represent that:
- You have the right to list the property.
- The description, photos, location, price, and availability are accurate.
- The listing complies with applicable law including fair-housing, anti-discrimination, advertising, and disclosure rules.
Misrepresenting a listing is grounds for removal and account termination.
04Transaction terms
Lumpixel LLC operates the marketplace. Transactions take place between users (and any agents involved). Lumpixel LLC is not a party to your transaction, is not a real-estate broker, and does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice.
Paid features (promoted listings, subscriptions) are charged through the payment processor. Refund eligibility for paid features is described in the in-app receipt; statutory refund rights are unaffected.
05Acceptable use
You agree not to: post fraudulent, duplicate, or off-platform-bait listings; harass other users; scrape or mass-download listings; use the marketplace to launder funds or finance prohibited activity; or interfere with the service technically.
06Disputes between users
Disputes about a property, transaction, or counterparty are between the users involved. Lumpixel LLC may, at its discretion, assist by removing offending content or suspending accounts, but it does not adjudicate property disputes.
07Your content
You retain ownership of content you post. You grant Lumpixel LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating Oyde and promoting your listing within the product.
08Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, with notice where reasonable.
09No warranty
The product is provided as is. Lumpixel LLC disclaims warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumpixel LLC's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to Oyde is limited to the greater of USD 100 or the fees you paid Lumpixel LLC in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Venue lies in the state and federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, to the extent permitted by law.
