Pingu is a diagnostics tool. It is informational. You are responsible for what you point it at.
01About these Terms
Operator. The product is operated by Lumpixel LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (United States), registered with DUNS 144951637. Legal contact: legal@lumpixel.cc.
Effective date. 2026-05-09. We will revise this document as the product evolves; the effective date at the top of the page reflects the version you are reading.
By installing or using Pingu, you agree to these Terms.
02Authorized use only
You agree to use Pingu only against networks, hosts, and services you own, operate, or have explicit written permission to test. Port scanning, LAN scanning, and other reconnaissance against systems you do not own and are not authorized to scan may be unlawful in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring you have permission.
03Informational, not authoritative
Diagnostic output is informational. Latency, reachability, certificate details, and headers reflect a particular request at a particular moment over a particular network path. Pingu is not a substitute for vendor-supported monitoring or formal compliance testing.
04No liability for misuse
Lumpixel LLC has no liability for any use of Pingu against systems you are not authorized to test, or for damages arising from action taken on the basis of a diagnostic result.
05License
Subject to these Terms, Lumpixel LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the product on iOS devices you own or control, for personal use.
06Acceptable use
You will not use Pingu to attack, disrupt, or overload third-party systems, to evade access controls, or in any way that violates applicable law.
07No warranty
The product is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
08Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumpixel LLC's aggregate liability is limited to USD 100.
09Governing law
Wyoming law, Sheridan County venue, to the extent permitted by law.
