Unchained is a minimalist VPN client for advanced users. Configs you load stay on your device. The app keeps no logs and contacts no Lumpixel-operated servers.
01Operator and scope
Operator. The product is operated by Lumpixel LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (United States), registered with DUNS 144951637. Legal contact: legal@lumpixel.cc.
Effective date. 2026-05-09. We will revise this document as the product evolves; the effective date at the top of the page reflects the version you are reading.
This notice describes the Unchained iOS client only. Endpoints declared in your configuration are operated by third parties and are out of scope.
02What is stored on your device
The configurations you supply are stored locally. There are no subscriptions in the MVP, no remote configuration, and no QR-import staging area. Configs are documents you control.
03What is not collected
Unchained does not collect telemetry, analytics, traffic logs, or connection logs. The MVP intentionally excludes in-app logging, the web panel, QR import, auto-failover, and subscriptions.
04Cores and bridges
The active engine is one of sing-box or xray-core, selected via EngineManager. The chosen core runs through its dedicated NetworkExtension bridge — SingboxBridge or XrayBridge. Switching cores does not export, sync, or transmit configuration.
05Network connections
The client makes outbound connections only to the endpoints declared in the active configuration, while a tunnel is active. There is no Lumpixel-operated control plane in this product.
06Your choices
Removing a config from the app removes the file. Deleting the app removes all stored data.
07Children
The product is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information through the product, contact legal@lumpixel.cc.
08Changes
Material changes to this notice will update the effective date at the top of this page.
