These Terms govern your use of the Unchained iOS client — a dual-core VPN tool for advanced users.
01About these Terms
Operator. The product is operated by Lumpixel LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (United States), registered with DUNS 144951637. Legal contact: legal@lumpixel.cc.
Effective date. 2026-05-09. We will revise this document as the product evolves; the effective date at the top of the page reflects the version you are reading.
By installing or using Unchained, you agree to these Terms.
02What Unchained is
Unchained is a minimalist iOS VPN client capable of operating either the sing-box or xray-core engine, with live core switching. It is designed for technically advanced users who supply their own configurations.
03Regulatory note
Some jurisdictions restrict or prohibit the use of VPN technology, the use of specific VPN protocols, or the operation of VPN clients without licensing. You are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations applicable to you. Lumpixel LLC does not authorize, encourage, or assist in any unlawful use of the product.
The product is a client. It does not operate VPN endpoints. Endpoints contacted by the client are the ones declared in the configuration or subscription you supply. Lumpixel LLC does not control those endpoints, their operators, or their policies.
04Advanced-user acknowledgement
You acknowledge that:
- Two distinct cores are present, and core switching changes how packets are processed.
- The MVP excludes the web panel, QR import, auto-failover, in-app logging, and subscriptions.
- Misconfiguration may break connectivity; recovery is your responsibility.
05Acceptable use
You agree not to use the product to violate applicable law, infringe the rights of others, attack networks or services, or circumvent technical protections you are not authorized to circumvent.
06License
Subject to these Terms, Lumpixel LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the product on iOS devices you own or control, for personal use.
07No warranty
The product is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
08Limitation of liability
Lumpixel LLC's aggregate liability is limited to USD 100, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
09Termination
You may stop using the product at any time. We may suspend access to updates on breach.
10Governing law
Wyoming law, Sheridan County venue, to the extent permitted by law.
