The small agreement.
Eligibility
Wisp is available to users who have received a valid activation key from an authorized reseller. The key is your sole entitlement to use the service. Without one, the app cannot and will not establish a connection.
Sharing, reselling, or transferring your key is not permitted unless explicitly allowed by your reseller's terms. Keys are device-bound after the first activation; please contact your reseller if you need to move to a new device.
Acceptable use
Use Wisp to route your own traffic, lawfully, on devices you own or are authorized to use. Do not use the service to send unsolicited bulk traffic, attack other networks, distribute malware, or do things that any reasonable person would understand to be abusive.
We reserve the right to revoke a key found to be operating in clear violation of these terms. Revocations are exceptional, not casual.
No warranties
The service is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it fast and available, but we do not warrant continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation. Routes can degrade, servers can fail, networks can have bad days — your local connection most of all.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wisp and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount paid by you to your reseller for the current key.
Termination
Your access to Wisp ends when your key expires, when you revoke it, or — in rare and documented cases — when we revoke it under the Acceptable use section above. You can delete the app and your key at any time.
Governing law
Wisp is operated by Lumpixel LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (United States),
DUNS 144951637. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming,
USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from your use of Wisp
will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming,
to the extent permitted by law.
Changes
We may revise these terms occasionally. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use after a revision means you accept the revised terms.
